Joppy & Associates (LMJ&A), one of the Baltimore-Washington area's premier firms specializing in leadership training and organizational development, has added two critical business certifications to their portfolio: U.S. Small Business Administration's 8a and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) programs. Leah Joppy, President and CEO of LMJ&A explained, "Obtaining these two certifications will greatly increase our exposure in the federal market and position us to take advantage of business opportunities that are not available to companies without these certifications.
