Earth Class Mail Adds Key Managers for Swiss Post Deployment, Expansion of U.S. Retail Customer Base

New hires to drive implementation of licensed online postal-mail platform in Europe, new online-marketing initiatives domestically

Earth Class Mail, the world's leading provider of Internet-powered postal mail, announces the hiring of international product-management veteran Steve Zitkovich for the upcoming European rollout of the company's technology platform by Swiss Post's new online postal-mail division, Swiss Post Box. Earth Class Mail has also hired online and performance-based marketing executive Ross Valenti as Director of Interactive Marketing to manage customer acquisition and affiliate development for its U.S.-based retail business.

As International Program Manager, Zitkovich will use his European experience and language skills to help facilitate the deployment later this spring of Earth Class Mail's licensed platform to customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Liechtenstein; future deployment is planned in 11 additional countries in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Zitkovich comes to Earth Class Mail after spending most of the past 12 years in program, product and e-commerce management in various European countries for companies including Getty Images, Ofoto and Zefa Visual Media. He was most recently an International Program Manager at Microsoft, where he focused on localization projects for the company's Central Marketing Group.

Valenti will oversee Earth Class Mail's programs and initiatives in online advertising, SEO/SEM, affiliate sales, compliance-centric email marketing, lead generation, and CPA-based consumer marketing. Prior to joining the company, he held various marketing and program-management positions in the desktop-software, consumer-electronics and biomedical-equipment industries, working with such partners as Digital River, TrialPay, and Systweak.
