Derrick comes to MyExpertSolution with nearly 20 years of experience in the software development and technology industry. His job roles have included international development, project management and process management, with a focus on client implementations and localization projects. Most recently, he was a client implementation partner with Encover, helping companies market and sell service contracts. Prior to Encover, he was a senior project manager with Sirsi Dynix, a leading provider of technology services and software for libraries. Previous employers also include Novell and WordPerfect.
