Tate Publishing Sponsors Nationwide Illustration Competition

Tate Published has announced the results of a nationwide illustration competition.

(PRWEB) March 22, 2009 -- On March 19th Tate Publishing has announced the results of their annual illustration competition. Artists from all over the United States were encouraged to submit an illustration to be published and win scholarships for college. The President of Tate Publishing said, "These people are the future of our industry and I am amazed at their skill and ability, this years winners are truly in a class of their own and are the future of our wonderful industry!"

Artist were competing for scholarships ranging from $100.00 to $1,000.00 with the winners being published in a widely distributed trade catalogue. Tate Publishing's Director of Creative Design had the following remarks, "We are thrilled to be able to review such high quality submission and even more thrilled to award these outstanding artists scholarships for their continuing art educations."
