Phoenix, AZ -- Starting March 25, 2009 the Wade foundation will be giving away All Star 2009 t-shirts to kids under the age of eighteen. It has been over a month since All Star Weekend 2009 and the city of Phoenix and surrounding areas are still buzzing from the events that made it a special time. The social and economic impacts will positively benefit the Phoenix area and the state of Arizona for years to come. In addition, youth throughout the area were able to experience moments that they will cherish for the rest of their lives.

However, sadly enough there are kids in Phoenix, through no fault of their own, who were unable to experience the joy and excitement the game and events brought to the area. The Wade Foundation hopes to change this for thousands of kids across the Greater Phoenix community.

Please Note: Because of a limited supply of shirts, families are allowed a maximum of 3 shirts per household; special considerations for youth organizations and church groups.

About Wade Family Foundation:
The Wade Family Foundation was created with the purpose and intent of offering children and families the opportunity to learn, play, and experience the important lessons taught through athletics. Bobby Wade believes the lessons learned through athletics directly correlates to how an individual handles academic challenges and overall life obstacles. Athletics help youth develop the basic life values of dedication, hard work, commitment, and personal integrity. Bobby believes it is important that all families, regardless of their social or economic status, have the opportunity to participate and learn these lessons.
