Reseller Agreement Combines Enterprise Mobility with On-Demand Remote Support Solution.

The partnership of CommonTime and LogMeIn means mobile workers can be more productive, helping companies save time and money

CommonTime and LogMeIn have joined forces to provide over-the-air (OTA) remote support to mobile workers with the CommonTime mSuite corporate mobility platform. Under terms of the agreement, CommonTime will resell LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile with its mSuite solution. LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile is a secure, web-based remote support product used by IT and service provider organizations worldwide to provide customer care of smartphones, as well as desktops, laptops and other computing devices.

The partnership provides advanced functionality for remote management of corporate devices from a central location using mSuite. LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile provides a direct connection between a customer's device and the technician's console. The technician can then share control of the device as if it was in his or her own hands, seeing exactly what the customer sees. Organizations using LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile to support smartphones have experienced an increase in customer satisfaction scores, as well as increased first-call resolution and reduced average call handle times.(1) The combined offering supports an extensive enterprise mobile device platform mix that includes Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian.
