MDA Leadership Consulting has entered into an agreement with simulation developer ExperiencePoint Inc. to use the company's business simulations as part of the services MDA offers to leadership development and organizational performance clients. The partnership will add to the solutions MDA offers its clients to help them better navigate and manage critical change initiatives, both at an individual and organizational level.

MDA Leadership Consulting has entered into an agreement with simulation developer ExperiencePoint Inc. to use the company's business simulations as part of the services MDA offers to leadership development and organizational performance clients. The partnership arose from MDA's strategic initiatives to grow its product and services portfolio.

"Over the past several years, we've pursued a deliberate growth strategy focused on two key initiatives," says Scott Nelson, Partner and MDA's Vice President of Leadership Development. According to Nelson, a key focus of MDA's leadership development and organizational performance practices is to help clients and their leaders successfully navigate and manage critical change efforts. This partnership, through which MDA consultants will deliver ExperiencePoint simulations as part of an overall solution set, will provide two immediate applications to MDA's clients: At a broader level, it will support leadership efforts to drive systemic change within an organization. At the individual level, it will equip leaders and their teams with vital change management skills, allowing them to better navigate the complexities of change and leverage all of the tactics available to them to better lead through change.
