Masquerading as toddlers, the Walter E. Smithe Furniture brothers are touting the company's first-ever upholstery sale in a new television commercial.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) March 25, 2009 -- Masquerading as toddlers, the Walter E. Smithe Furniture (www.smithe.com) brothers are touting the company's first-ever upholstery sale in a new television ad. Walter, Tim and Mark Smithe kibbitz from their high chairs about the promotion, their "big brown trucks" and, ultimately, whether Mark's baby pants make him look fat (they do!).
"We filmed the spot with employees' babies, inserting our faces during editing," says middle brother Tim Smithe. "It was supposed to be a Mother's Day commercial to surprise our mom. But since everyone on the set was laughing so hard, we decided to release it now, to coincide with our first-ever upholstery event."
"Prices have been reduced by 20% for those who pay with cash or by check," explains oldest brother and President Walter E. Smithe. "SmitheCard® customers can also take advantage of two years of no interest and no payments with no money down.

Customers can provide their own fabric, or choose from thousands of fabrics, hundreds of leathers and thousands of frames on display at all Walter E. Smithe showrooms. Delivery of finished furniture takes about a month, sooner for stock frames/fabrics.
Sale prices continue through March 31.

"While we don't know what we will film next, if something makes my brothers and I laugh soon, odds are pretty good that it will be made into a Smithe commercial," adds youngest brother Mark Smithe.
