It benefits both businesses and homeowners when service professionals can have better interactions with their customers, and we're helping to raise standards across the board.

Winters Company (, an award-winning home services organization in Massachusetts specializing in plumbing, heating, and kitchen and bath remodeling, today announced that it now offers a paid three-day course modeled after its own employee training program for technicians and owners within similar organizations.

The company will tutor seminar participants in its customer service, business development, and service delivery methods, which it collectively calls the Winters Way, each month at its state-of-the art training facility in Natick, Mass.

This customer relationship and service delivery process is credited by Winters Company for enabling it to surpass revenue growth goals and win numerous awards and accolades. The company states that it believes the best way to capitalize on its successful service methods is to sell it as training to other organizations, thereby increasing industry-wide customer service standards and building a new revenue stream for the organization. The three-day course focuses on how organizations can increase revenues and profits by enhancing customer interactions and creating service opportunities. The course and all materials were created and are delivered by Winters Company employees.

"We decided to offer Winters Way training to other companies because many business owners wanted to know how they could achieve results similar to those of Winters," said Winters Company CEO Tim Flynn. "It benefits both businesses and homeowners when service professionals can have better interactions with their customers, and we're helping to raise standards across the board."

More than 80 business owners, employees, and technicians from all over New England and other have already received Winters WayTM training. Winters Company has scheduled the next two classes to begin on April 1st and May 11th.
