Despite the current economic downturn, and saturation in the UK PVCu window industry, Conservatory Outlet has achieved impressive growth in the first quarter of 2009.

Conservatory Outlet are continuing to beat the current recession and saturation in the UK window and door market with strong results for the first quarter of 2009.

The company achieved 18% growth in 2008, and this has continued into 2009 with 19% growth in Q1 compared to the same period of 2008.

Managing director, Matthew Glover, stated, "We're extremely happy with these results, which are downn to the hard work we have put into our strong marketing strategy and development of new product lines such as orangeries, contemporary conservatories and new colours for upvc windows."

Conservatory Outlet currently have 11 conservatory showrooms in the UK, covering Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Shropshire and Wales. They are hoping to take on further dealerships in the Midlands and Southern England, but are very choosy about who they take on.

"We're keen to take on the very best installation companies," explains Matthew Glover, "which means we're regularly turning down companies who would like to join, but are not suitable." They are looking for financially sound, established conservatory companies who already offer a great service to the public. Conservatory Outlet then provide assistance with marketing, particularly internet marketing, TV advertising and point of sale literature.

Conservatory Outlet offer a full range of uPVC windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries. More recently the company has put great efforts into search engine optimisation techniques and as a result their main website is ranking very highly for terms such as 'conservatories', 'conservatory' and 'double glazing'. Each dealer has its own website based upon the main website but with relevant special offers and information about the service they offer.
