New York, NY (PRWEB) March 31, 2009
March 31, 2009 marks the Green Building Certification Institute's registration deadline for current versions of the LEED AP Exam. Once the deadline passes, it becomes critical for last minute registrants to pass this challenging exam on their first attempt, as re-registering for further attempts will then be impossible in the event that they do not pass on their first try.
With a staff experienced in both green building and test-preparation, Everblue LEED Training Institute has developed exam preparation classes designed to both inform students about the basics of LEED and to help them pass the exam. Of the thousands of LEED APs trained by Everblue's LEED Exam Prep Course, more than 90% have passed the LEED AP Exam on their first attempt.
Everblue offers courses in 30 cities nationwide and stands ready to help all LEED NC 2.2 exam registrants pass their LEED AP Exam.
Anyone who registers before April 1st at 11:59 Pacific Time can schedule their exam for any day Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm, until June 30th. The Exam will be taken at a Prometric testing center. Test centers are located in all major cities.
Before writing the exam, registrants should plan 20-30 hours of post course study, which takes the usual Everblue LEED Exam Prep Course attendee 2-3 weeks to work through.
The GBCI and the USGBC have been swamped by the last minute registrants for the LEED Exam. Because of this the GBCI Exam Registration website crashed mid-day on the 30th. They posted the following official announcement on their website:
The GBCI website will be undergoing maintenance until March 30, 2009 at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time). Due to unexpected website maintenance, we are extending the deadline for registration for the LEED AP NC and CI exams to April 1, 2009 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time).
