World Energy Research and AuDAX Announce Joint Oil and Gas Exploration Interest in Sambuca Prospect.

Stake presents attractive low risk, potentially high reward investment opportunities. Not only has the Sambuca region shown very promising early exploration results and is surrounded by oil & gas fields and recent discoveries, this is the first time one company have been able to unite prospects in both Italy and Tunisia into a single, potentially very lucrative, exploration license.

(PRWEB) April 7, 2009 -- The Sambuca Prospect, an oil and gas exploration territory centered on the Sicily Strait between Italy and Tunisia in which World Energy Research and AuDAX are joint stakeholders, was recently united to become a single project for the first time. Separately the Italian and the Tunisian territories are not as economically feasible as in combination. Together, they represent one of the world’s leading resource sector investment opportunities.

“Technological advances allowed for the high quality seismic data that identified the unmatched potential of the Sambuca Prospect as an extremely worthwhile oil and gas development area,” said Chad Willis, principal behind World Energy Research. “Markets fluctuate, but savvy investors know the world’s best investment opportunities are in the resource sector, especially oil and gas.”

The enhanced seismic images now available made it clear the Sambuca exploration field is vast, underexploited, and full of high quality oil and gas, as well as gas condensates. AuDAX expects to begin drilling exploratory wells in the area this year. AuDAX’s permits allow for a very large development in the politically-stable area on the doorstep of vast European markets. With stability comes excellent infrastructure, access to markets and capital, all highly regarded hallmarks of the worlds most sought after investment opportunities.

“The geologic structure is strikingly similar to other productive areas nearby, but significantly larger in expected size based on the high quality modern seismic data,” said Paul Fink, technical director for AuDAX. “The Sambuca Prospect is composed of a relatively simple geological formation proven to be a superior location for oil and gas reserves.”
