Online poker players have 20 extra opportunities to win a €1,800 package to the European Masters of Poker which makes the second stop of its tour in Varna, Bulgaria from April 15-18, 2009.
Between April 1 and 7 players on the Entraction network, which hosts online poker rooms such as are i4poker.com, Pinnaclesports.com, kickoffpoker.com, DailyPoker.com, GoldWinPoker.com, MartinsPoker.com, and 24hPoker.com, can win six additional EMOP Bulgaria seats via the Sit & Go Leader Board.
This race runs from the April 1, 00:00 CET until the April 7, 24:00 CET. The top two finishers in low, medium and high categories will win a €1800 package which includes €1100 tournament buy-in and €700 in cash for travel and accommodation
The Raked Hands Race promotion will award one seat to EMOP Bulgaria each day from April 1 until the April 7. Each day from 00:00 CET until 24:00 CET, player aim to play as many raked hands as possible and try to finish in first place for the day. The winner each day will receive an EMOP Bulgaria package.
Finally there are also the daily EMOP VIP-race days. Each day between 00:00 CET until 24:00 CET, players aim for as many VIP-points as possible and try to finish in first place for the day. The winner each day will receive an EMOP Bulgaria package.
Qualification for the €1,100 buy in event is now underway across the Entraction network where online poker players can qualify for as little as €2 or 200 VIP-points.
There are nine daily satellites to the €100 Sunday Main Qualifier (19:40 CET) and three daily satellites to the €100 Wednesday Main Qualifier (19:40 CET).
The last €100 main qualifier will be arranged on the April 8 at 19:40 CET with 15 seats guaranteed.
The first event attracted 248 players to the first tournament in Tallinn, Estonia in February and was won by Johanna Pyysing from Finland who collected €69,400.
Numbers for the Varna event are expected to top 300 meaning the winner could walk away with up to €80,000. The European Masters of Poker is designed to appeal to players who want to play big live tournaments with affordable buy-ins, in exiting locations.
The three-day tournament is being held at the Grand Hotel & Casino International in the Golden Sands Resort, Varna 9007, Bulgaria and is open to players over 18 years-old. The structure of the event is:

April 18: 12 pm Final day
Golden Sands Resort is located 15 km north of the city of Varna and is famed for its golden sand and long wide beach.
An additional benefit of the European Masters of Poker is the leader board competition where players can win additional prizes beside the regular prize pool. Five percent is taken from each tournaments prize pool and is placed in the leader board prize pool. The top 15 overall players will receive cash prizes after the five first tournaments.
The estimated first prize is €25,000. In addition to this, the winner will receive a watch worth €10,000 if the player has earned 25,000 VIP-points from January 1st 2009 until the start of the last tournament.
