IES was reselling a previous provider's solution that was not working for one of its most loyal clients. "They are a service company that was going to 35 different locations each day, so it wasn't cost effective for them to purchase 35 different time clocks. With employees having the ability to visit approximately ten separate sites in a day, it's too hard for the client to keep track of them going from location to location with time clocks," stated Linda Nguyen, Human Resources Manager at IES.
