IAPP Launches Comprehensive Accounts Payable On-Line Resource Center
The IAPP’s new on-line Resource Center is largest web-based repository of Accounts Payable templates, forms, white papers, articles and benchmarking data. The new service is geared toward CFO's, Controllers, AP Professionals and other interested in the management, oversight, and audit of the accounts payable function.
Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) April 2, 2009 -- In response to the huge demand and increased profile of accounts payable departments in this down economy, International Accounts Payable Professionals (IAPP) announced the launch of its new and comprehensive on-line resource center. The portal, located at www.iappnet.org/resourcecenter, contains hundreds of tools, white papers, templates, policies and procedures, benchmarking studies and more for the accounts payable professional. IAPP’s resource center is the largest, most widely visited accounts payable depository on the web and currently serves more than 10,000 AP professionals and their staff. New tools are added to the center each day and represents the collective knowledge and best practices by the leading accounts payable practitioners in the US and Canada.
To celebrate the re-launch of the Resource Center, IAPP today also announced a new campaign aimed at IAPP members. Members who submit additional resources to the on-line resource center will be included in a drawing for an al expense paid trip to the association’s annual conference April 19-22 in Orlando, Fla. The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2009. Examples of acceptable submissions include AP related forms, templates, policies, benchmarking, surveys, checklists, scorecards, briefings, white papers, web sites/links, and more.
