timeQplus V3 offers three standard packages: timeQplus V3 Software, timeQplus V3 Proximity and timeQplus V3 Biometric, as well as the option to customize a system with software upgrades and expansion terminals.

The basic timeQplus V3 Software package is ideally suited for small businesses that want to automate their time and attendance process quickly and easily. Employees simply clock in/out at a designated PC. Network upgrades can be added to for employees to clock in/out at any networked PC, including the networked PCs on their own desks. The basic package includes software to support up to 50 employees; software upgrades can expand user capacity to a total of 250 employees.

timeQplus V3 Proximity allows employees to clock in/out with a wave of their badge a few inches in front of the terminal. The proximity badge terminal's memory holds up to 50,000 transactions with a user capacity of 10,000 cards. The package includes everything a business needs to get started: 15 proximity Badges, network-capable software (50 employee capacity, expandable up to a total of 250 employees), terminal with communications cables and mounting hardware and a User Guide.

timeQplus V3 Biometric eliminates buddy punching with the use of a finger-scan biometric terminal. The terminal's memory holds up to 50,000 transactions with a fingerprint capacity of 1500 templates. This complete package includes a biometric terminal with communications cables and mounting hardware, network-capable software (125 employee capacity, expandable up to a total of 250 employees), and a User Guide.

As your business grows, you can easily add more employees and proximity and/or biometric terminals to your system at any time. These sleek black-and-silver terminals make an attractive statement in almost any work environment and can be connected to your PC or network via serial, USB or Ethernet.

The timeQplus V3 software reliably records time and attendance for both hourly and salaried employees, and includes numerous management reports. It automatically calculates hours worked and exports data to most popular payroll programs and services including ADP®, Paychex®, and QuickBooks®. This reduces clerical errors while streamlining the payroll process.
