Since its introduction in 2007, How Fast They Grow's digi-scrapbook® application has become digital photo must-have for busy parents. Today, How Fast They Grow announces its own Facebook application, allowing users to post and share their own unique page designs to their Facebook accounts. The application was developed by Ecom Enterprises, Inc. of Sunnyvale, California using Facebook's API.
"Integrating How Fast They Grow® into Facebook® is an important step for How Fast They Grow®. It gives our members yet another way to share their unique creations and connect with friends and family. It adds another dimension to what we do," says How Fast They Grow's founder, Cathy Bennett.
There are two ways members can post their scrapbook creations on Facebook. Users can download the Facebook Application, and access their completed and shared pages without leaving the Facebook website. With individual clicks, users can quickly select which pages they want to share. They can also add comments directly from the Application. The second use is through How Fast They Grow's website. If the user is working on pages on How Fast They Grow, they can click to share the page individually. The page then instantly appears in the user's account without the standard Facebook upload procedure.
Ecom Enterprises' application development was led by co-founder Troy Shumaker, along with developer Vito Cutten. Ecom Enterprises is amongst the largest web development firms in the Silicon Valley, and has made a mark in specialized web 2.0 applications for prominent companies like Hewlett-Packard, Behr Paints, Logitech and Fox Racing. They also developed How Fast They Grow's patent-pending digi-scrapbook® application.
