There's nothing traditional about Jon Maurice, a French Cajun from New Orleans. With an eclectic background in creative writing, fine art, hot rods and filmmaking, in 1999 he caught the eye of Zipatoni, St. Louis by creating unsolicited ad campaigns for Miller Brewing. He joined Zip as a junior copywriter, then lead the Innovation Team, and by 2006 his non-traditional approach had elevated him to the position of Executive Creative Director, VP.
In March 2009, Maurice joined Javelin, Inc., the high-octane experiential marketing agency specializing in "owning the moment" for its clients. Here, he will lead the creative process and help keep this highly successful shop aggressively moving forward, reinventing, growing, embracing risk and developing great work.

Speaking of fit, in August 2008, Maurice launched his own hot rod inspired men's fashion label, TrimIndustries.com. The Javelin guys look forward to being on the cutting edge of fashion thanks to their own in-house designer.
