Reverie on the Ashley, a luxury waterfront condo community in Charleston today introduced IF marketing & advertising as their new agency of record. In this capacity, the full service marketing agency in Austin will lead Reverie's marketing and sales programs, lead generation and interactive marketing programs.

Reverie on the Ashley boasts the only private marina condos in Charleston, South Carolina. Just ten miles from downtown, Reverie is set along 32 acres of wooded waterfront real estate, featuring luxury riverfront condos with private rooftop terraces and tiled patios that all overlook the preserved wetlands and river. Residents enjoy exclusive access to a private marina on the Ashley River, riverside pool and gazebo, scenic boardwalk and walking trails that wind through 22 acres of preserved forest and marsh.

Reverie enlisted IF marketing & advertising to boost their market presence and sales numbers, in part because of the agency's experience in luxury real estate marketing, as well as their successful marketing and sales numbers for Briar's Creek in nearby Johns Island, South Carolina.

As agency of record for Reverie, IF marketing & advertising will provide complete marketing and sales management for the development. IF will be responsible for managing all advertising and lead generation programs, including print and interactive marketing. These real estate marketing services leverage the agency's proprietary CRM solution with specific follow-ups, property tours and closing techniques, carefully customized for each community.

"Even in a market like Charleston, Reverie on the Ashley stands out as a one-of-a-kind luxury condo property," said Will Furrer, President of IF marketing & advertising. "No other condo community offers residents a private marina and an opportunity enjoy downtown Charleston by land or by boat in just a few minutes. We're very excited about being a part of the Reverie project."

"We were very impressed with the IF team's credentials in luxury real estate marketing and their past work in the Charleston area," said Ben Gramling, President of Reverie on the Ashley. "They really understand this market and the qualities that our customers are seeking. They know how to find buyers, and how to show them all the things that make Reverie on the Ashley such a special place to call home."
