Alauras Software Announces CRM+ 2.0 with Sales Force Automation for the Yellow Pages industry

Alauras Software today announced the release of version 2.0 of its YP CRM now including yellow pages SFA. This new version provides additional web based enhancements and new features focused on providing a full sales force automation solution. New functionality includes online versions of Contracts, DSRs, Customer Service Requests and enhanced reporting through a variety of devices.

Alauras Software today announced the release of version 2.0 of its YP CRM+. Version 2.0 of Alauras CRM+ offers the ability for a sales rep to submit Daily Sales Reports, submit a Customer Service Request and execute Contracts from select laptops or mobile devices. The new features place many of the standard Yellow Page processes on the web and can eliminate the use of paper. Yellow Page publishers can now gain new efficiencies and cost savings while being more environmentally sensitive.

Alauras eDSR and eCSR, allow the rep to complete daily sales reports and customer service requests on their laptop or mobile device via the web. This gives the publisher and sales management up-to-the-minute sales tracking information without reliance on the publishing system. Additional advanced features including user location mapping will be rolled out in June.
