With ProofQuick 2.0 a publisher can easily upload and issue a proof to any customer via the net. The customer will receive a notification via email that the proof is ready for review. Sales reps can be cc'ed the notification as well. Using the ProofQuick toolset, the customer can approve the ad 'as is' or make notes and mark-up the ad for revision. ProofQuick tracks each version providing new online reports for the publisher. These reports detail each ads' progress, its current status and all revisions. Of additional significance is the solutions ability to include a sales promotion within the proofing communication. This feature can generate additional revenue through promoting up-sell, cross-sell or new product opportunities - directly through the solution.
