Hastings Manufacturing Company, LLC, a nearly 100-year-old American manufacturer of piston rings, is proud to be a sponsor of the fabulous Gilmore Car Museum's "Drag Racing History - ¼ Mile at a Time" 2009 exhibit. Located in the Hickory Corners, MI, the exhibit will be open to visitors May 1st to October 31st.
The Gilmore Car Museum, along with premium sponsors such as Hastings Racing Rings, will offer guests the rare opportunity to see first hand some of the most extraordinary examples of drag racing history. Vehicles are on display from many of the greatest names in drag racing history, including "Big Daddy" Don Garlits, Arnie "The Farmer" Beswick, Don "The Snake" Prudhomme, Gas Ronda, John Force and "The Michigan Madman" E. J. Potter, just to name a few. Assembled together will be Funny Cars, Rails, Pro Stock, Gassers, Drag Bikes, and many more drag cars from all eras.
