"By opening this new office, we're able to expand that offering and provide more localized assistance to these partners. With an office in Denmark, we'll be able to provide more one-on-one coaching and strategizing, business consulting, and training and workshop opportunities to the European countries, and more. We've got a lot to offer the VARs and ISVs in Europe, and this allows us the ability to focus more time on their unique business challenges."
Leading the operations in Europe is Bjarne Soballe. A long term customer and partner to Salesworks, Bjarne has worked in the Channel for more than 22 years. Among the pioneers of ERP solution selling, Bjarne has worked with Navision since the early 90s. His business acumen and ERP expertise, coupled with his leadership skills allowed Bjarne to grow Naviteam A/S from 6 to 90 people in only 4 years, and make the company the leading Navision Partner in Denmark.
Bjarne went on to start another successful ERP practice in Australia, Naviteam Australia, which he subsequently sold to Aston IT Group. Bjarne remained CEO of Aston Naviteam for 3 years, and later became the CEO of Aston Group UK. Aston Group was later bought by Tectura.
His latest accomplishment includes owning and operating Munk IT which he successfully "turned around" and grew to over 130 professionals, and later sold that to Norriq A/S.
Until recently he held the position of CEO for Norriq Denmark A/S, where he continued to increase revenues, improve business processes and completed 2 mergers before he decided to leave Norriq at the end of 2008.
