The first annual Luxury Living Expo will be held April 24 - 26 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. This inaugural event will feature a vast array of high-end experiences, demonstrations and displays of luxury goods and services, offered by leading manufacturers, retailers and designers from around the globe.

"We could call this event the "Live the Dream Expo," explains Joe Thaler, CEO of Transworld Exhibits, producer of the expo. "There'll be something for everyone to touch, taste and experience, to get up close and personal with the good life. This expo is an incredible chance for all of us to take a recess from the recession -- to dream!"

Exhibitions will run the gamut, offering appeal for couples with varying tastes and interests. From luxury automobiles such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and Bentley and custom putting greens to fine jewelers and products for interior and exterior design, the Luxury Living Expo is poised to offer an interactive, sensory experience for attendees.

The exhibits will be supplemented by special presentations ongoing throughout the show, including cooking demonstrations with local chefs, an autograph signing with Bears #33 Charles "Peanut" Tillman (noon - 2 on 4/25) and an exclusive performance by piano prodigy Emily Bear (noon, 4/26).

"Everyone at the Luxury Living Expo will have the chance to participate, to really connect with the items and experiences they're interested in," Thaler explains.

Throughout the show's three-day run, a silent auction will be held, benefiting Thresholds, Chicagolandʼs premier resource for psychiatric rehabilitation. Participating bidders will vie for coveted, one-of-a-kind sports memorabilia items from Grand Stand Sports.

The expo is open to the public (ages 16+), with an admission fee of $15 for pre-registration / $20 at the door. Hours for the show are 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Sponsors are Autobahn Country Club, Continental AutoSports, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Luxe Magazine, nuHaus, Frost Chicago, Team Stradale and Geneva Seal.
