Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 10, 2009
Today, the BAM Radio Network (BRN), a joint project of Moving and Learning and Jackstreet Media Ventures, announced a partnership with the National Association of Child Care Professionals to launch NACCP Radio (http://www.naccp.org). The new media resource will connect child care providers with the next practices in child care center management. Available on demand, the program will be nanocasted on the NACCP website and distributed to members through the organization's newsletters. As an additional service to members, the association is also offering a parenting channel to bring expert advice and insights to the families of its members.
"We're excited to offer NACCP radio programs to the child care community and parents. We are confident that child care professionals and parents alike will benefit from listening to material on both channels. One of our directors has already said they will use the material in their staff meetings and offer a radio link to their parents," said Sherry Workman, Executive Director of the National Association of Child Care Professionals. "The premier interview is with John Casey, noted child care security expert and keynote speaker at NACCP's upcoming 25th annual conference, How Successful Directors Manage™. Parents and professionals alike will want to listen to it," said Workman.
The NACCP Radio launch is part of BAM Radio Network's campaign to reach underserved communities. "We're delighted to have the opportunity to work with the National Association of Child Care Professionals. We share their mission and commitment to improve, enhance and strengthen the credibility of the people who lead the child care industry," said Rae Pica, co-founder of the Bam Radio Network.

About BAM Radio Network:
The BAM Radio Network was launched to address the severe imbalance in parenting practices caused by the "commercialization of parenting" and the emphasis on intellectual development that excludes the critical role of the mind/body connection in early childhood. Created by leading early childhood experts, the programming challenges the popular educational misconceptions and seeks to provide the most up to date insights from leading experts in the field of child development. The network is a joint venture between New Hampshire-based Moving & Learning and Los Angeles-based Jackstreet Media Ventures LLC. The program is produced by Emmy winning broadcaster Errol Smith and distributed through the Affiliate Nanocasting Network.
