Get Better Hires is first and foremost a diagnostic reporting tool, but Giglio mentions that the survey interface is helping to enhance MultiCare's employer branding efforts.
“Absolutely. I have had candidates comment that they were impressed we took the time to ask,” said Giglio. “I’ve had senior level recruits go through the tool and be really surprised. It gives us increased credibility.”
Get Better Hires is a boon to healthcare systems, many of whom are still fighting the “war for talent”. Giglio said the product gives her team "increased credibility and a strategic advantage” over competitors that don't engage candidates in a similar manner.
