Surveillance Video Announces the Winners of the First Quarterly Video Contest

The winners of Surveillance Video's spring 2009 Video contest have been selected. Entries for the summer 2009 contest are now being accepted online. The summer deadline is June 30, 2009.

The results are in at Surveillance Video and Tag Cutchis has won first prize in the Spring 2009 edition of their quarterly video contest with his video of a herd of cows meandering through a backyard playground. Cristian Porut won second prize with footage of a driver losing control of his car and crashing it into a parked vehicle, and Roy Coffin takes third with a recording of a Bobcat driver taking his vehicle on a joyride. Everyone who entered won something and all the entries can be viewed here.

The contest continues for the summer quarter. Show the world how you are using your security equipment and you may win merchandise of your choice courtesy of Surveillance Video. Every entry wins a prize and the only stipulation is that your video entry must have been filmed using a surveillance camera. Entering is easy. Simply click here to register and upload your video. Select entries will be featured on Surveillance Video's website. The summer contest deadline is June 30, 2009.

The prizes awarded are:
1rst prize: 250.00 credit to spend how you want on Surveillance Video's website.
2nd prize: 100.00 credit to spend how you want on Surveillance Video's website.
3rd prize: 50.00 credit to spend how you want on Surveillance Video's website.
Everyone else who submits will receive a complimentary CPD-3090SH dome camera.
