DecisionWise, an international leader in the assessment of employee engagement, has announced the release of a groundbreaking survey instrument for specific use in the healthcare industry. The survey is the result of over 15 years of research with healthcare organizations on the assessment and development of employee engagement.
Unlike most surveys which use general questions to assess engagement across a broad range of industries, the DecisionWise Employee Engagement Assessment analyzes factors unique to organizations providing patient care. Factors such as employee stress, occupational safety adherence, patient focus, teamwork, and other healthcare-relevant areas are included on the survey to provide healthcare administrators the data they need to keep costs low, improve employee performance, and ultimately increase patient satisfaction.
