Tone 1 Records signs newest artist Mykel and releases a classic tune in dance format

Tone 1 Records announced today the release of its newest CD single entitled "Only The Lonely" by recording artist Mykel. The CD contains 2 mixes of this solid song originally released by The Motels. Internationally recognized producer FRONT once again brings his signature sound to the single. Tone 1 signed Mykel to the label in 2008 and has been planning this limited release over the past several months.

Mykel began his recording career about 10 years ago and has expanded his singing career into dance, rock and theater. Mykel performs in the New York City Tri-State area with New York City Flaggers and will be promoting "Only The Lonely" at festivals and major parades including: Heritage of Pride's Annual NYC Gay Pride Parade, Staten Island Pride, Puerto Rican Day Parade and the New York Dance Parade. Sam Toney, founder and president of the Tone 1 Music Group says, "We are so proud to be working with such a dedicated and passionate artist.
