New Extended Warranty Program from BestOptionOnline Offers Significant Savings for Consumers

Share Article

BestOptionOnline has introduced an extended warranty program that provides purchasers with long-term protection for the savings realized on their used car purchases. The program can be also used by people who currently own cars that may still be covered by the factory warranty or who buy a new car but who choose not to purchase the dealer's warranty.

BestOptionOnline's new program offers consumers a great option compared to auto dealers and other on-line extended warranty providers. As the sales of new cars fall, the popularity of used car purchases is rising. For many consumers, buying a used car, or driving their current vehicle longer than expected, is a viable option in tough economic times. But, while this decision may result in short term savings, in the long term these savings can disappear as unanticipated repair bills mount up.

Historically, 25% to 30% of consumers who purchase and finance a vehicle from a franchise dealer will select an optional extended warranty or service agreement. These costs are typically then wrapped up in the total amount financed. But for many used cars, as well as off lease vehicles, this is not always an option.

In response, BestOptionOnline has introduced an extended warranty program that provides purchasers with long-term protection for the savings realized on their used car purchases. The program can be also used by people who currently own cars that may still be covered by the factory warranty or who buy a new car but who choose not to purchase the dealer's warranty, but they plan on keeping and driving the car long after the factory warranty period runs out.    Because of the rate savings for this 'bumper to bumper' coverage, eligibility is limited to vehicles less than five years old and with less than 50,000 miles on the odometer. Quotes are available immediately on-line and no sales person will call.

Claims adjusters work closely with repair facilities, and will pay them directly, to ensure satisfaction with coverage for mechanical breakdowns and excess wear and tear of most parts.
