Ideation, Inc., of Ann Arbor, is proud to announce the publication and in-home delivery of it's 2009 Spring Gift Catalog. The latest 16 page catalog features a distinctive collection of home and fashion accessories as well as gift items for men and women, boys and girls, ranging in price from $5 to $90.

Ideation is the premier gift catalog and marketing company in the United States servicing more than 400 member stores. Membership is open to independent gift and greeting card retailers including pharmacies, hardware stores, nurseries, florists or any retail business interested in developing a profitable gift department. In addition to their successful catalog program, Ideation offers an e-commerce website to it's members as well as a customer rewards loyalty program appropriately called Power Pass. These programs are all designed to help stores increase brand recognition in their local community, retain their customers and improve their bottom line.

And, Ideation has a 45 year record of success behind them. They have the experience and knowledge to help retailers succeed even in today's marketplace. "It's critical for the independent retailer to do everything they can to promote their business in order to survive and grow," said Tom Ungrodt, President of Ideation and owner of 3 gift stores in Michigan. "The current retail environment presents some very difficult challenges, particularly for the small business owner. Our programs are helping our members maintain some stability."

Because Mr. Ungrodt believes merchandising is key, Ideation has two well-respected and well-seasoned buyers who attend the shows and narrow down the product that's selected for their catalogs. "It's a time consuming and labor intensive process but one that is absolutely essential for the repeated success of our program," he said.
