Why is WFS sponsoring the M&A Growth and Exit Strategies conference?
Software and IT executives traditionally get their financial advice from outside advisors who are brought in to execute a transaction. By attending the M&A Strategies conference, executives can learn about all of their options early in the evolution of their companies, and manage their resources toward a successful exit. This is especially important in a changing market, where private equity firms have replaced strategic buyers, and many of the best IPO opportunities are overseas.
