Elisabeth Berggren, a graduate of the Elm Crest College, is the Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Active Release Provider. In 2004, she trained in Reflexology, Kinesio Taping and Active Release Techniques. She works with sports related injuries and presents seminars on various sports and exercise related subjects. Her practice includes: Massage Therapy, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology and Kinesio Taping.
