Ms. Nunez serves as its CEO to lead the company through initial plans to focus on the southwest markets with a twelve month strategic plan to expand operations across the U.S. Nunez comments, "It's exciting to be working side by side with such a highly experienced team of professionals." CEO Denise Nunez has more than 20 years experience leading teams, most recently serving as a division president of MiniCo, Inc., an international self-storage service provider. Nunez is also founder and CEO of a strategic marketing firm that has helped privately held companies with the launch of new product offerings. Prior positions also include asset management, fundraising, strategic planning and new product development for mid-size companies including Friess Associates, Petros Capital and VPI Companies.
                
Chairman of DUX, Gregory G. Kreizenbeck has an extensive background in real estate turnaround operations. As a former president and COO of a publicly traded (AMEX) real estate company, Kreizenbeck developed or administered in the U.S. and Caribbean three major projects on 10,000 acres, over 8,000 apartments, property management generating annual revenues of over $65 million and construction and sales of 150 to 250 homes per year while concurrently administering the management of a publicly traded (NASDAQ) horse racing company with an annual gross handle of nearly $300 million. Kreizenbeck is President and a Board Member of the Arizona Self-Storage Association.
    
Chief Turnaround Officer, Dennis K. Metzler, Esq, has been involved in business, real estate, restructuring, asset acquisition and disposition for all of his adult life. He began his career as a lawyer practicing in general corporate matters. His primary focus became bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditors' rights. He was partner in the firm of Shutan and Trost, a boutique bankruptcy firm in Los Angeles, California which later merged into what is now Sidley and Austin. As a partner in the firm, Dennis represented clients across a broad spectrum of business, including retail, real estate, oil and gas enterprises in both the public and private sector with a major portion of the restructuring work in real estate.

President, Hugh A. Kreizenbeck has over 12 years of management experience. As a VP of Buchanan Storage Capital in Washington, DC Hugh is skilled in operations management, strategic business planning, organizational restructuring and interim management. Additional experience includes start-ups, liquidations and capital re-structuring. Hugh's experience includes management oversight of the development process and lease up of an institutional class self-storage facility in Phoenix, AZ..    

Chief Financial Officer, Tara Palmquist, CPA is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company.
