Show Us Your New Mexico.
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 15, 2009 -
Fodor's and New Mexico Tourism Department today announce the launch of a travel photography contest: "Show Us Your New Mexico." Visitors to Fodors.com will have the opportunity to share their favorite photos and experiences of New Mexico with other travelers for a chance to win prizes, including Fodor's guides.
From April 15th until May 15th 2009, Fodors.com members are invited to "Show Us Your New Mexico" by submitting their favorite photos and the stories behind them of a recent trip to New Mexico. The winning photos will be featured in a gallery at http://www.Fodors.com plus some photographs may appear in an upcoming edition of Fodor's New Mexico.
"The mystique and allure of New Mexico is nearly inexplicable, but it inspires a power that is quite real," said Michael Cerletti, Secretary of the New Mexico Tourism Department. "The past exists alongside the present; those who prefer the convenience of modem living are just as satisfied as those who seek to bask in history. New Mexico continues to beckon modern-day explorers with its tremendous landscapes, wide-open vistas and abundance of sun."
Photo submissions will be accepted at http://www.Fodors.com through May 15th, 2009. Fodor's has previously run contests for Costa Rica, California, Florida, Turkey, Israel, Alaska and Summer Vacation photos. Winning photos from these contests can be seen on http://www.fodors.com.
