RTI President Takes Proactive Stance to Changes in Florida Insurance With the "Ask the Expert" Online Forum

John Goda, President of RTI Insurance (an Inc Magazine Top 500 Fastest Growing Company), in response to recent insurance developments is launching "Ask the Expert," for Florida residents. The Free community service will be a online forum that will assist consumers in navigating and understanding changes in the insurance industry, including the announcements by Citizens that they are rewriting a number of their policies and State Farm's position that they are dropping nearly a million Florida customers. Please provide your summary.

"The value of 'Ask the Expert' is that you will receive personalized professional answers to your specific questions on a non-biased basis." Goda explains, "The answers given will be specific to your situation and are fact based, not product based. This forum will take a consultative approach to your questions."

Through "Ask the Expert," Goda will be offering free advice to people who need assistance understanding the ramifications of issues like coverage loss, coverage changes, as well as providing some professional direction and education on various options. With the economic downturn, he will also open this forum to other topics as it relates to individual and business services including: health, life and car insurance. He will also address short and long term disability.

With RTI's portfolio of services and his expertise as an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and his Associates in Risk Management (ARM) certification, Goda believes he could assist many consumers with quick, non-bias, action-oriented answers to their questions. Also, as a husband and father of five children, he appreciates the many challenges consumers face daily and wants to help others through the sometimes unpredictable market, and even more unpredictable weather conditions of Florida.

For the past 25+ years Goda has been advising clients on insurance issues. Having the right advice is priceless should you ever need to file a claim. In fact, there is a good chance you will file a claim, considering that over 1 in 5 homeowners filed claims as a result of the eight storms that slammed our state in a two-year period several years ago. Goda concludes, "We are here to help you navigate the oft-times confusing insurance marketplace and hope to give you an honest, open point of view on which options will work best for you."

Goda credits his father for his openness to share knowledge and the "give back" approach he has to life. "The philosophy my father always taught me was "Carpe Diem." He would tell me God put you in this very place, during this very time for a specific reason. Go seize the day and make us both proud." Goda continues, "While I still embrace that, my philosophy has evolved to also include, "Carpe Manana" (which means seize tomorrow). I try to do today, that which will make a difference tomorrow. I think that this is true for both our business as well as personal lives."

RTI will offer this online forum through their website. It can be accessed at: http://www.teamrti.com/rtiinsuranceservicesFL.html. To submit a question the user will only need to submit their name, email address and the question at: http://www.cactussky.com/rtiask.html
