QC managers will share improvements from automating their environmental monitoring processes using MODA-EM™

Reporting with the tools provided by MODA-EM has been the key to enable us to fully maximize the paperless solution

The Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) is hosting their annual meeting in Las Vegas, NV on April 20-24, 2009 at Red Rock Casino and Resort. During this event, MODA Technology Partners--a software company that specializes in automating environmental monitoring, product and utility testing--and its customers will be demonstrating the value of implementing a Paperless QC Micro solution.

On April 21, the following concurrent sessions will take place under the "Quality Science" track:

  • 8:00 - 8:30 am: A Novel Approach to Addressing Low Level Trends and Non-Zero Results--presented by Robert Lutskus, Supervisor, QC Microbiology Laboratory Systems, ImClone Systems.
  • 8:30 - 9:00 am: Improvement in QC Environmental Monitoring Processes by Implementation of a Paperless Data Capture System--presented by Tim Coleman, Senior Director, QC Testing Services, Lonza Walkersville.

"Reporting with the tools provided by MODA-EM has been the key to enable us to fully maximize the paperless solution," explains Robert Lutskus at ImClone Systems. "The wide varieties of reports allow us to trend information that previously was not reconciled easily--and, the reporting package allows for detailed and summary level reporting for all aspects of sampling, testing and other results trending."

Additionally, personal demonstrations of MODA-EM™ will be given in Booth 604. At the booth, press and attendees can have direct discussions with ImClone Systems and Lonza Walkersville.
