The award will be announced and presented at the Winter Park Spring Splash event at 11:30a.m. on April 19, 2009 at the Base of Winter Park. Each of the finalists will choose a bag, one of which will have the grand prize.

The line includes Tommy Castro, Jimmy Hall, Trampled under Foot and Deanna Bogart to name a few. Tickets go on sale April 1st, for just $15/day.
