For many homebuyers, location and convenience are top priorities. Others demand fabulous design and great amenities. For Charlie and Debbie Tang, it was the total package that attracted them to The Reserve at Tysons Corner.

Before discovering The Reserve at Tysons Corner, the Tangs were happily living in Arlington, Virginia and were only casually looking at new homes for sale in the area.

"We didn't need to move," said Charlie, who works for a Fortune 100 company in Reston, Virginia. "And we weren't going to move unless we found the perfect fit."

That's when Debbie saw an ad for The Reserve at Tysons Corner in the Washington Post and the couple decided to visit the community and tour the models.

"It was such a positive experience right from the start," said Charlie. "We immediately clicked with Jim Patton, (Sales Manager at The Reserve at Tysons Corner). Jim went out of his way to meet with us almost weekly, sometimes even before the models were open. He'd put on a pot of coffee and we'd talk. He made the entire process very easy and there was never any pressure."

For Charlie and Debbie, the location sold itself. The Reserve at Tysons Corner is tucked right off Gallows Road, just a few blocks from Route 7 and the Beltway, and a quick shuttle-bus ride from the Dunn Loring Metro station.

Having access to great amenities, especially the pool and neighborhood dog park, made their decision even easier. Added Charlie, "We have two Maltese. To actually have a park just steps from our door is a total luxury for a dog owner."

While location and amenities were key factors in their decisions, it was design that turned the Tangs from casual lookers to excited new homeowners. "We fell in love with The Regent Model," said Charlie. "So often townhomes feel very vertical. Ours has such a great layout and flow that even our friends say it doesn't feel like a townhome."

Today, Charlie and Debbie are thrilled to be living at The Reserve at Tysons Corner. They're especially appreciative of the service and support they received from Jim Patton and the entire sales and construction team at Madison Homes. Added Charlie, "We feel like we moved into our dream home and became part of a big family in the process."

With interest rates hovering near record lows and the spring selling season well underway, the Tysons Corner real estate market is seeing lots of activity.
