The 2009 ad:tech Award Winners are Announced

Congratulations to all 2009 ad:tech Award Winners - Winner's Microsite is now LIVE!

All of the entries clearly demonstrated that our industry continues to develop in leaps and bounds and we are well positioned to play a leading role in the modern communication model. The ad:tech awards yet again provided an excellent forum for sharing and recognizing outstanding creative client innovation.

ad:tech expositions, LLC, the leading organizer of conferences and exhibitions for the interactive marketing community worldwide, today announced the 2009 ad:tech award winners. The winning entries were revealed, for the first time, on the awards microsite. ad:tech award participants, winners, and judges will be celebrated at a private event, ad:tech/SFBIG Mixer - Celebrating Creativity in Digital Advertising, on Tuesday, April 21st at Moscone Center in San Francisco.

The awards program relies heavily on the expertise of the selected Judges. Leaders across the interactive marketing community participated in the voting process from companies such as AKQA, Ogilvy North America, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Organic, Inc., Microsoft, Google and Twentieth Century Fox. "There was tremendous breadth in the award submissions - from low cost, but highly effective word-of-mouth efforts to data-intensive modeling driven optimization to experiential brand campaigns. And each ad:tech entry was a reminder of how quickly online marketers continue to innovate and fundamentally change marketing," notes ad:tech Judge, Catherine Paschkewitz, Director, Demand Generation with HP.

Twenty eight award winners were selected from the following categories: Interactive Ads, Interactive Campaigns, Optimization/Search Strategy, Web Sites, People's Choice, and Industry Achievement. The awards microsite will host the winners' creative for one full year at http://www.ad-tech.com/awards/winners/.
