Rice Lake Weighing Systems Now offering IP69K Rated Scale

Rice Lake Weighing Systems has produced two new checkweighing scales that are ideal for the food manufacturing and processing industries. The CW-90 and CW-90X are both durably constructed for demanding production environments. The CW-90X features an additional IP69K rating as well as NSF approval to survive hostile washdown applications.

Heavy wash-down environments and HACCP requirements call for the CW-90X. The over/under CW-90X scale features hermetically sealed load cells, 304 stainless steel materials and has an IP69K rating to survive those daily sanitary wash-down treatments. The CW-90X also features the toughest keypad available in the industry today. The unique piezo keypad has no moving parts, is made to withstand sharp knife-point contacts, and is resistant to all types of contaminates and liquids. Our commitment to the food processing industry has compelled us to obtain additional certification from NSF for Rice Lake's CW-90X.

Rice Lake Weighing System's new CW-90 checkweigher is ideal for clean rooms, dry atmosphere environments and food processing plants that require dependable equipment that minimizes profit erosion during the manufacturing process. A simple communication bar graph LED indicates if a container is overweight, underweight or within an acceptable range. Rice Lake's under/over CW-90 checkweigher, with stainless steel construction is built to perform dependably and accurately.
