San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) April 18, 2009
Five of the choicest homes in a tony section of San Antonio will be sold "absolute" at a Tuesday, April 21 auction of brand new homes built by one of Texas's premier developers.
More than 45 new condominiums in two prestige communities built by a division of The Birkel Residential Group, LLC will be sold at the auction organized by NCA Auctioneers, LLC, a Tulsa, OK company headed by industry veteran Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE.
"What makes this auction such an incredible opportunity is that some of the largest condominiums in the Pinnacle at Oaks Hills will be sold in the Absolute Auction rounds, including two from the El Dorado floor plan, the largest floor plan available at the development," said Karbelk. "The buyers will have their choice among the three-bedroom, 1,889 square foot units each with a two-car attached garage and enjoyable views."
Buyers who may otherwise be unable to afford a property of this caliber will be in luck here as properties will sell to the highest bidders. The El Dorado units have a last asking price of $340,000 and above.
In addition to the largest units being sold in the Absolute Auction rounds, buyers also will have their choice of one of the 1,450 sq ft Doral floor plan condominiums; one of the 1,299 sq ft Colonial floor plans; and the 1,172 sq ft Brentwood units.
The properties will be open everyday between now and the auction. The hours are Friday through Monday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on auction day at the following locations: Pinnacle at Oak Hills - 7342 Oak Manor Drive, San Antonio, TX 78229; and Shavano Park Villas, 4199 Texas Elm, San Antonio, TX 78230.
Auction location for both on April 21 is the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort, 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, TX. Registration starts at 5:00 p.m. local time with the actual auction slated for 6:30 p.m. The auction date coincides with the height of Fiesta San Antonio, the famous citywide party now in its 118th year that features a feast for the senses, from parades to arts performances April 16 - 26.
Suggested starting bids for all of the properties is $50,000 with many of the homes having a last list price of more than $250,000. Attractive financing is available and under the new government stimulus package, qualified first time buyers get an $8,000 credit towards the purchase price so they may buy a home at auction for very little money down.
