There is so much equipment and talent in this community, why not take advantage of resources that are already available and in use by your peers?
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) April 23, 2009
StudioShare.org™, a new online collaboration platform for photography professionals, is now launching its second round of beta testing. During the beta test, all studio owners, photographers, and other photography specialists can sign up and receive a free 1-year subscription at their desired membership levels.
StudioShare.org™ is dedicated to helping photography professionals flourish by enabling resource sharing and collaboration through a robust web application that not only facilitates communication, but also provides advanced transaction management and booking functions. Photographic resources include everything from studio space and photo-related services, to photographic equipment such as cameras, lenses, camera stands, light meters, and studio accessories owned by StudioShare.org™ members.
"There is so much equipment and talent in this community, why not take advantage of resources that are already available and in use by your peers?" says Andreas Randow, founder and president of Studioshare.org™. "Shrinking marketing budgets make it vital for professionals to make the most out of limited resources, and our platform provides the perfect vehicle to accomplish this."
The company is actively seeking Studio Owners, Collaborators, and Pro Collaborators from major metro areas to participate in this round of testing. Full-time professional photographic service providers should sign up as Pro Collaborators, and part time service providers should sign up as Collaborators. Service providers include MUAs, stylists, prop builders, model builders, set builders, production designers, photographers' assistants, digital assistants, Photoshop™ professionals, and all other professionals and students in fields related to photography.
