Greatmail LLC announces wholesale email hosting services for resellers, ISPs and hosting companies. The wholesale services target four different tiers: less than 500 mailboxes, 500-10,000 mailboxes, 10,000-100,000 mailboxes, and more than 100,000 mailboxes.

Pricing for the POP3/IMAP email accounts is based on total storage, mailbox count, number of domains, features and service contract type. All wholesale accounts include virus and spam protection.

Depending on the client's requirements, Greatmail either leases space on existing server clusters or builds dedicated infrastructures. Third party applications like Gossamer Mail, Horde and Zimbra are often incorporated into the design of custom built configurations.

Hosting companies seeking to outsource their email systems can take full advantage of Greatmail's private label webmail and administration panel. "The default interface is generic and works straight out of the box, however, administrators can use our built in branding and customization tools to develop private label solutions without extensive development and integration costs," says company spokesperson Ryan Hess.

Greatmail's wholesale services include dedicated account management and 24/7 performance monitoring. Greatmail's servers are located in managed, geographically dispersed facilities.
