Effective June 30, 2009, the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) E-Verify electronic employment verification system will be required for many government contractors and subcontractors. E-Verify confirms employment eligibility of both citizen and non-citizen workers in the United States. nowHIRE.com will host a webinar to shed light on the implications of this mandate on U.S. businesses and the importance of being I-9 compliant.

The webinar will take place on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at 10 a.m. Pacific time (1 p.m. Eastern time). During the webinar, Clark Hill's Michael P.
