Angie Brinkley of is incorporating a new program which will help her clients lose excess weight by removing the limitations of their subconscious minds. Angie is a personal trainer with degrees in both psychology and exercise physiology and the founder of a successful line of Austin boot camps.

Brinkley Training Systems, LLC is now introducing the BTA Mindset Training Program which will now be part of the training for each individual enrolled in her Austin boot camps. This is an approach that allows campers to not only focus on exercise and healthy eating, but to permanently alter their entire mindset towards healthy living.

In this groundbreaking new approach, Angie Brinkley partners with a licensed therapist who seeks to retrain the brain to eliminate deep-seated negative beliefs and transform them into powerful, purposeful thoughts and actions. Angie states that Dr.Weil's healthy living approaches and the book The Secret only affirmed what she had always believed about the power of the mind but was apprehensive about introducing it to her clients. As medical professionals such as Dr. Weil and Dr. Deepak Chopra have become more accepted and renowned in their work, she began developing this program to address weight loss.
