Eagle Thread Verifier to Exhibit at Precision Machining Technology Show April 28-30

Sterling Heights, Mich.-based Eagle Thread Verifier, LLC, makers of an automated thread gauge system, announced today they will be exhibiting in booth 1023 at the 2009 Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS), April 28-30 in Columbus, Ohio.

Sterling Heights, Mich. (PRWEB) April 27, 2009 -- Sterling Heights, Mich.-based Eagle Thread Verifier, LLC, makers of an automated thread gauge system, announced today they will be exhibiting in booth 1023 at the 2009 Precision Machining Technology Show (PMTS), April 28-30 in Columbus, Ohio.

PMTS is the only show in North America focused on production machining and this year's event will be home to more than 200 exhibitors under one roof at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. For three days customers will have the chance to have hands-on technical sessions and experience cutting edge products such as the Eagle Thread Verifier (ETV) up close.

"We're excited to be participating in the show and bringing our product to the thousands of show attendees and demonstrate how the ETV can help customers save money and time," said Gordon Taylor, President, Eagle Thread Verifier.

Simple to install in single and multi-spindle arrangements, the Eagle Thread Verifier (ETV) can be used to automatically prevent improperly tapped holes from reaching assembly, saving production time and cost. The ETV reliably and consistently completes test cycles in seconds, adding no time to existing production cycles, and avoids the errors of manual gauging and inspection.

The Eagle Thread Verifier system checks threads for pitch diameter (oversize / undersize), proper depth (minimum / maximum), missing holes, broken tap, proper depth of pipe tapped holes, and external threads. The automated system can stop production in seconds if a hole is not identified to the pre-established specification level.
The ETV has saved thousands of dollars in non-conforming parts being shipped to customers throughout the automotive industry and is used as a quality control automation tool throughout many manufacturing plants in the Midwest.

"We were looking for a better solution to offer our customers and we found it with the Eagle Thread Verifier," said Jake Sponsler, Orbitform Group, a current customer of ETV.

The ETV spindle can be added to an existing cell or Eagle Thread Verifier engineers will design and build a manual or automatic load "turnkey" system to fit the application. Manufacturers interested in receiving product specifications for the Eagle Thread Verifier system should contact ETV at (586) 764-8218 or visit www.eaglethreadverifier.com.
