Pearl REM to Boost Advertising in Huntsville Economy

Plans to advertise with fellow business owners and developers with new expansion

Huntsville, Alabama (PRWEB) April 26, 2009 -- Pearl Real Estate Marking of Huntsville Alabama is pleased to announce that HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com will be expanding in the near future. This guide will soon be the premier guide for the northern Alabama area featuring articles, comments, and suggestions. HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com will soon include an in depth look at local restaurants, health service providers, dry cleaners and many others for the public need. The guide's new section for restaurants will include the logo for the eatery, a menu and in the future, reviews by local patrons. By working with local establishments HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com will expand its readership and encourage business within the community. "It's important to keep business growing in our town and cross market advertising is a smart way to do it," says Don Wessels, a sales manager with Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville. "We can't afford to lose customers to other markets and by working with an all encompassing guide like HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com we can not only retain our current customers but also remind the community of the importance of working together to maintain a consistent and growing economy in the Tennessee Valley Region."

Sticking with the theme of local unity, Pearl Real Estate Marketing will launch an advertising co-op for the Huntsville region and begin working with real estate service providers, such as landscapers, Huntsville Alabama real estate, custom cabinetry makers and builders on their advertising needs. The website will be in harmony with REALTORS, builders and service providers to create an effortless mutually appreciative relationship to last for years to come. "When I worked in real estate it was always so much easier for the buyer when there was already open communication between the builder and the service providers. Often times buying a home can be overwhelming but when everything can be found in a single site it would save so much time and energy," says Elizabeth Hines, a former real estate agent.

Pearl Real Estate Marketing is working hard for HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com to become the true area guide for Huntsville and northern Alabama. The guide currently features sections on Huntsville homes, Huntsville MLS search, builders, real estate and schools. Huntsville's population continues to grow with hundreds of Huntsville relocations a year between military, defense contractors and those simply searching for a strong local economy with a slightly slower pace of life. With the expansion of the guide to include restaurants, entertainment, local events, hospitals, shopping and a live local blogger, the HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com website will be a one stop website about everything Huntsville not only for newcomers but for those interested in supporting their community and businesses. It wouldn't hurt to set HuntsvilleAreaGuide.com as the homepage today.
