Travel the world in style with new Visa card range from Abbey International

A major new range of Visa cards, including Platinum and Visa Infinite, has been launched today by Jersey based bank, Abbey International. The bank has partnered with Visa, AXA Insurance and Airport Angel to offer an extensive package of insurance, travel and lifestyle services for international business and leisure travellers.

Benefits available include international private medical insurance, travel insurance covering luggage theft and delays and a bespoke personal concierge service which can even source a nanny or a cleaner, which could be particularly useful if cardholders are travelling.

The new Platinum and Visa Infinite cards are only available to holders of Abbey International's popular Gold account. The Gold account already offers multi currency banking in sterling, euros and US dollars, as well as interest on credit balances and a comprehensive online banking package to enable clients to conduct banking online 24/7 from anywhere in the world. The Gold Account can also be linked to a Monthly Offshore Saver Account to combine the flexibility of a current account with guaranteed fixed rate savings.

The Platinum card has been developed for clients who regularly travel for business or pleasure, offering a high value and wide ranging package of benefits, whilst the Visa Infinite card sets new standards in bespoke personal services, with personal assistants on call from anywhere in the world to help with anything from travel, accommodation or restaurant planning.
