Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 29, 2009
At the annual conference for the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP), the membership elected Roey Diefendorf to its Board of Directors. Diefendorf, a veteran philanthropic planner and a pioneer in the "total" wealth management brings 39 years of experience to the organization. Roey is the CEO of Diefendorf Capital Planning Associates, a family of financial services companies. Using philanthropy as a tool for promoting family unity, Roey and his 3 dimensional approach to wealth management was precisely the type of creativity and leadership for which the AiP was looking. On July 4, 2005, history was made when Roey signed the "Declaration of Interdependence" as part of a group of advisors who became the charter members of this organization.
